Build AI automations for your clients. Resell them as your own.
You build the workflows with Otto (our AI builder) or drag-and-drop. We own the integrations and the production plumbing underneath — so you ship in days and run every client from one cockpit.
Automation is a service line now — but the tools weren't built for it. Consumer platforms forbid reselling; open-source leaves you hosting and multi-tenanting it all yourself. ParsePilot is the missing layer in between: a production platform you white-label and run as your own.
Every client engagement rebuilds the same five things.
Connectors. Monitoring. Audit trails. Approvals. A portal to hand the client. You wire them up, babysit them, and rebuild them for the next account — or you reach for a consumer tool whose terms of service say you can't resell it to your clients at all.
Meanwhile your clients want more automation, faster, with their logo on it. ParsePilot turns that recurring cost into infrastructure: build your workflows once, deliver them as yours, and let us keep the integrations current as the tools shift week to week.
The same client work — without rebuilding the plumbing
The same shape repeats across every engagement: a high-volume, document-driven task your client needs automated. Here is what shipping one looks like on ParsePilot.
A logistics firm drowning in invoices
You land a client receiving hundreds of carrier invoices a week by email. Every one is in a slightly different format, all keyed into the ERP by hand, with someone chasing down the ones that do not add up.
Wire it up, then babysit it
You'd reach for a consumer tool (if its license even let you do client work), hand-build the ERP integration, bolt on monitoring, and babysit it every time a new carrier format appeared.
Ship it in days, run it from one cockpit
You spin up a white-labeled client portal, build the extraction workflow with Otto (or the drag-and-drop builder), and connect the ERP integration we already maintain. Guardrails catch bad data before it posts, and when a new format shows up, the workflow flags it instead of writing garbage. You fix it once, from the same cockpit as your other thirty clients.
An illustrative example of the kind of work you can build and ship on ParsePilot.
What you can build on ParsePilot
Not a service we run for you — a platform you build on. Automation is the core — workflow engine, maintained integrations, white-label portals, production guardrails — but it doesn't stop there: AI assistants, agents, and a company brain your client can query take them all the way to AI-Native. All from one cockpit.
White-label client portals, on demand
Run all your clients from one ParsePilot cockpit. Flip any client to full white-label: your branding, your domain, your client-facing portal. We handle auth and production behind the scenes. Branded or not, it's the same engine; you choose per client.
Workflow engine: Otto or drag-and-drop
Build any workflow two ways: let Otto draft it from a description, or wire it yourself in a visual drag-and-drop builder. Build a template once per workflow, deploy and tweak it per client. The Zapier/n8n alternative made for builders: multi-tenant, governed, and yours to resell.
Integrations we build and maintain
You don't maintain connectors. We do. Request an integration and we build it (AI-accelerated on our side) and keep it working as the underlying tools change. No connector library to babysit, no breakage to chase.
AI assistants & agents for your clients
Deploy AI assistants that converse with customers, answer from your client's playbooks, and take action across their stack, all inside the guardrailed runtime.
Client knowledge bases
Turn each client's scattered docs and tribal knowledge into a company brain they can query in plain language, with the permissions and governance to keep it trustworthy.
Production guardrails & governance
Per-tenant isolation, audit trails, human-in-the-loop approvals, role-based access, and monitoring on every workflow. Nothing reaches a client's systems unreviewed that shouldn't.
Version control & rollback
Track every change across every client and roll back when something breaks. No backup-copy spreadsheets, no guesswork.
We give automation builders the production platform they've been duct-taping together: multi-tenant, white-label, with integrations we keep running, so they can deliver automation their clients trust and run a real practice on top of it.
A world where every business runs on intelligent automation — delivered by the builders who run on ParsePilot.
Why builders choose ParsePilot
Multi-tenant, white-label, and built for production. We lift the integration burden off your plate, and we never go around you to your clients.
Agency-native by design
Multi-tenant from the ground up. Run every client from one cockpit and white-label any of them, with your branding on your own domain — the model consumer platforms' terms of service prohibit. Per-client portals, billing, isolation, and rollback come standard, not as a workaround.
Reliable by design
Monitoring, audit trails, error recovery, and human-in-the-loop approvals on every workflow, so you (and your client) know when something needs attention before their customers do.
We own the integrations, so you don't
Otto drafts your workflows; we build and maintain the integrations. Request what you need and we keep it current as the tools change. You stop rebuilding and re-fixing the boring layer every engagement.
We never go around you
ParsePilot sells to builders. We don't go direct to your clients, and we don't compete with your practice. Your client relationship is yours.
Otto is the builder's force-multiplier. Today, Otto drafts the workflows you need from a plain-English description, then hands them to our governed runtime, with guardrails applied before anything reaches a client's systems. You refine them in the visual builder whenever you want more control. Behind the scenes, the integrations those workflows rely on are ones we build and keep current, so Otto's drafts plug into connectors that already work. Every automation built on ParsePilot teaches Otto how real operations run, what breaks, and where the edges are. Where we're headed: Otto handling more of the build itself, with the same guardrails a careful engineer would apply, so your team scales past the hours in the day. And automation is only the entry point — the same platform carries a client all the way to AI-Native, from assistants and agents to a company brain, with Otto building more of it over time.
Questions? We’ve got answers.
Everything you need to know about building, white-labeling, and reselling client automations on ParsePilot.
Is ParsePilot a service or a product?
ParsePilot is a platform you build on. You create and run client automations yourself, using Otto or our drag-and-drop builder, while we own the integrations and the production-grade parts: guardrails, monitoring, isolation, and rollback.
How is this different from Zapier, n8n, or building it myself?
Short version: Zapier and n8n weren't built for reselling automation to your clients. ParsePilot is.
- Versus Zapier: Zapier is powerful and broad, but it's built for a company automating its own operations. Its terms of service prohibit reselling or white-labeling it to clients, and managing many client accounts means juggling separate logins. ParsePilot is built for the opposite: multi-tenant, white-label, resell-as-your-own, with every client in one cockpit.
- Versus n8n: n8n is a capable, developer-friendly workflow tool, but you're left to host it, secure it, multi-tenant it, maintain your own integrations, and bolt on guardrails, billing, and client portals yourself. ParsePilot is that, managed and agency-native out of the box, with the integrations maintained for you.
- Versus building it yourself: you can build the connectors, monitoring, audit trails, approvals, and a client portal from scratch, once per client, forever. ParsePilot makes that the platform, so you stop rebuilding the layer that doesn't differentiate your work.
Can I white-label and resell it as my own?
Yes — per client, your choice. Run some clients on the standard ParsePilot portal and others fully white-labeled, all from the same cockpit. For white-labeled clients we set up your domain and branded portal; we always handle auth and production underneath. White-label is the point, not a premium afterthought.
Do I have to build and maintain integrations?
No. We build and maintain the integrations in-house and keep them current as the underlying tools change. You request what you need and connect it. There's no connector library for you to babysit.
Who is ParsePilot for?
Automation agencies, dev shops, systems integrators, and consultants productizing automation as a service. If your clients run on documents and data (across healthcare, logistics, insurance, accounting, legal, construction, home services, real estate, or technology), you can build it on ParsePilot.
How fast can I ship a client automation?
Days, not weeks. Otto drafts the workflow, the integrations it needs are already maintained and ready to connect, and production guardrails are in place from the start. Complex builds take longer, but you start from a running, governed foundation, not a blank canvas.
What happens to a workflow Otto builds if I edit it by hand?
Otto-generated workflows run with full guardrail coverage: monitoring, approvals, and audit trails built in. When you edit one in the builder, it runs in the same governed runtime, so you just own correctness past your edit. We make the boundary explicit so there are no surprises.
Will you go direct to my clients?
No. We sell to builders and don't compete with your practice. The client relationship is yours.
How is our data, and our clients' data, protected?
Per-tenant isolation, role-based access controls, encrypted storage, and audit logs on every workflow, built to meet your governance requirements. Each client's data stays separated and under control.
