Pricing that scales with your clients
Free until your first active client. Then a flat monthly minimum, with usage above it. You grow when your clients' volume grows — not every time you add a teammate.
Managed AI is built in, so Otto works the moment you log in. White-label any client. And you get one invoice with a per-client breakdown underneath — we never bill your clients directly.
One monthly minimum. Usage that scales with the work.
Nothing until you activate your first client. From then on, a flat monthly minimum that includes your usage up to that amount — a quiet month still bills the minimum; you only pay more when your metered usage runs past it.
Waived until your first active client. After that, it includes $100 of usage each month — a quiet month bills the minimum, and you only pay more above it.
- The full workflow engine — build with Otto or the drag-and-drop builder
- Integrations we build and maintain, kept current as the tools change
- Production guardrails: monitoring, audit trails, approvals, isolation, and rollback
- Every client in one cockpit, with usage metered per client portal
- Managed AI inference — Otto works from your first login, no key to set up
- Per-client attribution, so you can re-bill each client accurately
Above the minimum, you pay for the metered usage you run and any white-labeled workspaces — we'll map it to your client list when your cohort opens.
Three things you pay for
No surprise line items. Your bill is the monthly minimum, the usage you run above it, and any workspaces you white-label — nothing else.
The base platform fee
Covers the infrastructure, the integrations we keep current, and the full building experience — Otto and the drag-and-drop builder. Predictable, and it does not move with how AI is priced.
Managed by default, metered as you go
Otto runs on our managed inference, so he works the second you log in — metered and billed as usage. Prefer your own provider? Bring your own keys for the AI connectors in your workflows. Otto always runs on ours, so onboarding is never blocked on a token.
Priced per workspace
White-label is core to ParsePilot, not a premium tier. Each white-labeled workspace — your domain, your branding, isolated infrastructure — is $99/month, and you only pay for the clients you actually brand.
One invoice to you. Never to your clients.
You bill the client; we bill you. Usage is attributed per client underneath, so re-billing is clean — but ParsePilot never shows up on their invoice.
One invoice, up to you
We bill you — the builder. What you charge each client, and how, is entirely yours.
A per-client breakdown underneath
Usage is metered per client portal, so you can re-bill each client accurately — no spreadsheets, no guesswork.
We never go around you
ParsePilot never appears on your client's invoice and never contacts them. The relationship is yours.
Pricing, answered.
How the base fee, AI, white-label, and billing fit together.
How does pricing actually work?
You build for free while you evaluate — nothing is billed until you activate your first client. From then on it is a flat monthly minimum that includes your usage up to that amount: a light month still bills the minimum, and your bill only rises when metered usage — the work your clients send and the AI you use — runs past it. Each white-labeled workspace is $99/mo on top. There is no per-seat tax, so adding teammates never raises the bill.
Do I need my own AI keys to use Otto?
No. Otto runs on our managed inference, so he works from your very first login — nothing to set up. You can bring your own keys for the AI connectors inside your workflows if you prefer, but Otto always runs on ours, so onboarding is never blocked on creating an account or pasting a token.
Do you bill my clients?
Never. We bill you — the builder — and you bill your clients however you like. We meter usage per client portal so you can re-bill each one accurately, but ParsePilot never appears on a client's invoice and never contacts them. That is the "we never go around you" promise in practice.
What does white-label cost?
White-label is core to the platform, not a premium tier you unlock. Each white-labeled workspace — your domain, your branding, isolated infrastructure — is $99/month, and you only pay for the clients you actually brand.
What makes my bill go up?
Two things, once you have an active client and your metered usage passes the $100 monthly minimum: the usage you run — the volume your clients send and the AI inference you use, including Otto — and each white-labeled workspace you run, at $99/mo. Adding teammates does not tax you the way seat-based tools do.
Can I start small?
You can sign up and build for free — the $100/mo minimum does not start until you activate your first client. From then on it includes $100 of usage each month, and you scale from there as you onboard more. The model is built so a one-client practice and a thirty-client practice both pay in proportion to the work they run.
