How does pricing actually work?
Start with a free trial: 14 days or $10 of retail usage, whichever comes first. When you explicitly start the paid plan, you pay $100 upfront and at each monthly renewal, including $100 of retail usage. Workflow execution, builder AI, and workflow AI all consume that allowance. Usage above it is extra only if you enable overages. Each white-labeled client workspace adds $99/month. Adding teammates does not raise the bill.
When does my free trial start?
Your trial starts with your first builder AI request or workflow run, not account creation. The 14-day / $10 allowance is shared across your agency and its clients. No card is required. When either limit is reached, trial AI and workflow runs pause; your drafts and published workflows stay in place and resume when you start the paid plan. The trial never turns into a paid subscription automatically and trial usage is never charged retroactively.
Do I need my own AI keys to use Otto?
No. Otto uses ParsePilot-managed AI and consumes your trial or paid usage allowance. Model usage is charged at your configured managed-AI retail rates; an external provider account is not required.
Do you bill my clients?
We bill you — the builder. You can bill your clients externally, or connect your own Stripe account and use managed client invoicing. Clients pay your Stripe account, separately from your ParsePilot bill. Usage is attributed to each workspace so you can re-bill accurately.
What does white-label cost?
Each white-labeled client workspace costs $99/month in addition to your paid plan and any usage overages. Each white-label subscription has its own monthly renewal date and invoice. White-label fees do not consume the included usage allowance.
What makes my bill go up?
There are three usage categories: workflow execution, builder AI, and workflow AI. Even a workflow with no AI uses execution resources. These consume the $100 monthly allowance at retail rates; enabled overages and $99/month white-label workspaces add to your bill. Provider expense is different from the retail usage price.
Can I start small?
Yes. Account creation and saving drafts are free. The trial covers builder AI, publishing, and workflow runs within its allowance. Start the paid plan to continue metered work after the trial, or upgrade early for more usage. Checkout clearly confirms the $100/month plan before any recurring charge begins.
How do I cancel?
Cancel the plan from billing settings to stop the next renewal. Your paid access continues to the end of the current paid period. Deleting a workflow does not cancel the subscription. Any usage overages already incurred remain payable.
